Payment Policy:
We currently accept Paypal or Credit/Debit via Etsy Direct Checkout.

Order cancellations or changes can only be made prior to the order being shipped. Please contact us regarding any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy:
For orders totaling under 13 oz - USPS First Class Mail
For orders weighing over 13oz- USPS Priority

Generally, but depending upon your location, shipping method, and the Postal Service, your order will arrive 3-8 business days after shipped.

Shipping Upgrades available if requested at time of purchase. The upgraded shipping cost will be billed to you via Paypal and must be paid prior to shipping.

If you'd like to purchase insurance to cover your purchase, please inform us upon placing your order, and we will issue a charge for the insurance fee via Paypal which must be paid prior to shipping. Orders will not ship until the additional shipping/insurance fees are paid.

The buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for insurance.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided.

We will ship to the address as it appears in the checkout. If you need the package shipped to different address, please let us know at time of purchase.

Orders will be shipped 3-5 days after payment is received, but may ship as early as 1-3 days after payment is received.

Additional Information:
Please note that some of the products available are sensitive to heat and may melt during shipping during warmer seasons. If a should-be-solid item arrives in a liquid state, or a soft consistency, product should be stood in it's upright position and refrigerated, or stored in a cool, dark place until it solidifies again. If the item is refrigerated to solidify quickly, it is suggested that the product is brought back to standard room temperature prior to use for the best consistency.
