Refund policy
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, please let us know if there are any issues with your order/products as soon as possible so we can work out a solution. Please communicate any issues with your order within one week of receipt of the order, and we will be happy to assist you.
All solutions resulting in refund will be refunded less the cost of shipping. Buyer assumes all shipping costs/upgrades/insurance fees; we will not be able to refund any shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our end (such as: shipping the wrong item).
If your item is not received although your tracking number says it was delivered, please contact a USPS representative.
DAMAGED ITEMS/PACKAGES:
If an item/package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately after the damaged item has been received, and email us pictures of the packaging and the damages to the item so we may submit a claim to the Postal Service. The order (for the same products) will be reshipped to you upon confirmation of the product being damaged beyond use.
